CIMIC IN ACTION: THE VALENCIA CASE AS A MODEL OF INTEGRATED RESPONSE

At the 18th CUCC, LTC Garcia del Castillo (ESP Army) and CDR Rui Felipe (PRT Navy) presented the CIMIC response to the 2024 floodsin Valencia.

Across 75 municipalities, CIMIC supported infrastructure recovery, communication restoration and aid distribution-demonstrating effective military support to the civil environment in practice.
